Handling of Personal Data. Verisign shall notify Registrar of the purposes for which Personal Data submitted to Verisign by Registrar is collected, the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and the mechanism for access to and correction of such Personal Data. Verisign shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Verisign shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars. Verisign may from time to time use the demographic data collected for statistical analysis, provided that this analysis will not disclose individual Personal Data and provided that such use is compatible with the notice provided to registrars regarding the purpose and procedures for such use.
Handling of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall provide notice to Registrar (including via Registry Operator’s Privacy Policy) of the purposes for which Personal Data submitted to Registry Operator by Registrar under this Agreement is collected and used and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data. Registry Operator shall not use or share, or authorize the use or sharing of, Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with such notice and/or its Privacy Policy. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse or unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Handling of Personal Data. PIR may use the Personal Data submitted to PIR by Registrar for the following purposes:
2.6.1. Validation by Registry of the qualifications of NGOs to become Registered Name Holders.
2.6.2. Technical Bundling of Registered Name Holders.
2.6.3. Directory listings of Registered Name Holders.
2.6.4. Portal services for Registered Name Holders including, for example, fund raising programs.
2.6.5. Demographic data collected for statistical analysis.
2.6.6. Communications with Registered Name Holders to implement the above.
2.6.7. PIR may notify Registrar from time to time of additional purposes for which Personal Data submitted to PIR by Registrar is collected, the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of
Handling of Personal Data. Customer consents to Registrar’s submission of Customer’s Personal Data to Famous Four, and Famous Four’s use such Personal Data, for the following reasons:
a. Inclusion in the searchable WHOIS directory providing free public query- based access to the details as required in the applicable Registry Agreement;
b. Research on an amalgamated statistical basis;
c. To support the day to day operations of Famous Four, including email contact with Customer as required by any acceptable use policy;
d. Disclosure and use by Famous Four’s service providers which/who provide legal, accounting, delivery, installation, systems support, escrow, marketing, clearinghouse and other registry services on Famous Four’s behalf;
e. As may be required by law enforcement agencies or a court order or other compulsory operation of law applicable to Famous Four; and
f. As may be required by ICANN.
Handling of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall notify Registrar of the purposes for which Personal Data submitted to Registry Operator, via Registry Service Provider, by Registrar is collected, the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and the mechanism for access to and correction of such Personal Data. Registry Operator and Registry Service Provider shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator and Registry Service Provider shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars. Personal Data submitted to Registry Operator by Registrar under this Agreement will be collected and used by Registry Operator for the purposes of providing Registry Services as defined in ICANN’s Registry Agreements (including but not limited to publication of registration data in the directory services, also known as “Whois” or “RDDS”) and to protect the security and stability of the Registry Services and Systems. Notwithstanding the above, Registry Operator may from time to time use the demographic data collected for internal statistical analysis, provided that this analysis will not disclose individual Personal Data and provided such use is compatible with the notices provided to registrars regarding the purpose and procedures for such use. Except as set forth herein, Registry Operator will not share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose such Personal Data to any third parties, other than Registry Service Provider, ICANN and ICANN’s authorized agents, without Registrar’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Handling of Personal Data. 7.1. The Legal entity bears the responsibility of ensuring that all handling of personal data by the Legal entity is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation.
7.2. In order for the FMV to be able to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, the FMV, to the extent stated in the Agreement, needs to process certain personal information about the personnel of the Legal entity, such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The Legal entity undertakes to, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, (EU) 2016/679, inform personnel involved in the commissioned work that the FMV is carrying out this processing of personal data.
7.3. If the Legal entity shall process personal data on behalf of the FMV, the Legal entity shall, in order to be allowed to do so, enter into a special written personal data processing agreement with the FMV in accordance with the template attached to the contract.

Handling of Personal Data. Exhibitor shall comply with all data protection, security and privacy laws and regulations and Exhibitor shall remain responsible at all times for any personal data it collects in connection with an Exhibit or sponsorship. Exhibitor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Esri, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") against all costs, claims, damages, or expenses incurred by the Indemnified Parties or for which the Indemnified Parties may become liable due to any failure by Exhibitor's, or Exhibitor's employees, agents, or subcontractors to comply with any applicable data protection, privacy, or security laws.
