Common use of Handling of Shares Clause in Contracts

Handling of Shares. The Individual acknowledges, represents, and warrants that, while employed by the Company prior to the Separation Date, he will remain subject to applicable ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and all other applicable securities laws and regulations, and Company policies with regard to the trading of Company securities, and, without limitation, the Individual may not transact in the Company’s securities while in possession of material non-public information.

Handling of Shares.
