Hardware and Software Warranty Sample Clauses

The Hardware and Software Warranty clause defines the obligations of the provider to guarantee that the hardware and software supplied under the agreement will function as described and be free from defects for a specified period. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of the warranty, the types of defects or malfunctions covered, and the remedies available to the customer, such as repair, replacement, or support services. Its core practical function is to protect the customer from faulty products and ensure that any issues arising from defective hardware or software are addressed by the provider, thereby allocating risk and promoting confidence in the products supplied.
