Common use of Hardware and Third-Party Software Warranties Clause in Contracts

Hardware and Third-Party Software Warranties. CentralSquare warrants that, at the time of delivery, the Hardware and Server Hardware will be new and unused. CentralSquare will be solely responsible for processing and managing of all Server Hardware and Third-Party Software warranty claims that may be necessary during the term of this Agreement.
