Hardware Failure. Hardware failure not due to accidental damage will be determined by the North East School District Technology Department staff. ● Intentional Damage: Will not cover repairs which are the result of intentional, negligent, or careless actions. This includes, but is not limited to the removal of keys, removal of rubber pads, removal of screws, cord misuse and/or opening of the device, etc.
