Hardware Maintenance. 11.1. Where the Service Provider is responsible for the provision of Hardware Maintenance services for the Hardware owned by the Customer this will be subject to a separate contractual agreement between the Parties. 11.2. Hardware Maintenance for the Shared Service will be provided by the Service Provider with a four (4) hour response Service Level. This Service element will be available 24x7x365.
