Hardware Obligations. both Parties shall be responsible for (a) obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware, software, and communications equipment needed by them in relation to the Service and needed for the purpose of running their own internal business operations, and (b) paying all third party access charges incurred while supplying/using the Service.
