Hardware Purchases. As soon as practical after the Effective Date of this Agreement, Grass Valley will provide Advanced Channel Partner in writing with a list of recommended equipment (hardware and software) (either third party or Grass Valley branded) which Advanced Channel Partner should procure in order for the SaaS Services to successfully perform. If such equipment includes Grass Valley products, Advanced Channel Partner will purchase such products under Grass Valley’s Global Terms and Conditions of Sale available at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about/terms_conditions or a separate agreement with Grass Valley or its authorized reseller.
