Common use of Haulage Reference Service Clause in Contracts

Haulage Reference Service. During the Term, in consideration of the Charges payable by the Pipeline User under the Agreement, the Tubridgi Parties jointly will: (a) receive Gas from or for the account of the Pipeline User at each User Receipt Point; and (b) deliver Gas to or for the account of the Pipeline User through each User Delivery Point, in accordance with, and subject to, the terms of the Agreement.
