Common use of HCFA Administration Clause in Contracts

HCFA Administration. As of the Group Status Change Date, Southern Energy shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Southern or Southern Energy under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Southern Energy Employees.
