Head Cook Sample Clauses

The 'Head Cook' clause designates a specific individual or role as the primary person responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations within a food service agreement. This clause typically outlines the authority, duties, and expectations for the head cook, such as menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. By clearly identifying the head cook and their responsibilities, the clause ensures accountability and smooth kitchen management, reducing ambiguity about leadership and operational control in the kitchen.
