Common use of Head of Security Clause in Contracts

Head of Security. Electrical mechanical engineer, electrical engineer -or related profession- with a minimum experience of five (5) years in supervision of security during the construction of high voltage lines and substations. ▪ Civil, electromechanical and telecommunications technicians: with a minimum experience of two (2) years in similar works in high voltage power lines, substations and telecommunications (220 kV or higher). ▪ The professionals of the Supervising Firm assigned to the site as residents shall be electrical mechanical engineers or electrical engineers members of professional associations and qualified to exercise their profession, with a minimum experience of five (5) years in the supervision of 220 kV lines and/or substations, or higher. These professionals shall be hired exclusively for the Project. ▪ The Supervising Firm may replace the personnel originally assigned, provided their replacements meet the requirements set out in this section.
