Headings and Captions; Exhibits and Schedules. The headings and captions in this Agreement and in the table of contents are included for convenience of reference only and shall be ignored in the construction or interpretation of this Agreement. All Annexes, Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are integral parts of this Agreement and are incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement as if set forth in full. Certain terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Annex 1 hereto. Any capitalized terms used in any Schedule or Exhibit but not otherwise defined therein shall have the meanings as defined in this Agreement. All references to Sections or Exhibits contained in this Agreement shall be to Sections or Exhibits of or to this Agreement unless otherwise stated.
