Common use of Headings and Internal References Clause in Contracts

Headings and Internal References. The headings used in this Agreement and its division into chapters, sections, subsections, paragraphs, schedules and other subdivisions do not affect its interpretation. Unless the context otherwise requires, references in this Agreement to chapters, sections, subsections, paragraphs, schedules and other subdivisions are to those parts of this Agreement.
