Headings Not to Affect Construction; Gender. The headings to the respective sections and paragraphs of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference, and are neither to be taken to be any part of the provisions hereof nor to control or affect the meaning, construction or effect of the same. As used herein, any gender shall include any other gender, the singular shall include the plural, and the plural shall include the singular, wherever appropriate
