Common use of Health and Safety Representative Allowance Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Representative Allowance. 19.3.1 A Health and Safety Representative, as defined in this clause, will be paid a Health and Safety Representative Allowance, payable in accordance with Table 6 below: 30 June 2017 $17.13 30 June 2018 $17.39 30 June 2019 $17.65 30 June 2020 $17.91 19.3.2 Increases to the Health and Safety Representative Allowance will be indexed in accordance with salary increases contained in this Agreement. 19.3.3 A Part-time Employee who is appointed as a Health and Safety Representative is entitled to receive the Health and Safety Representative Allowance paid proportionate to the hours worked.
