Common use of Health Coverage Continuation Clause in Contracts

Health Coverage Continuation. Payment by the Company of the COBRA continuation coverage premium necessary to continue Executive's then current employee and dependent health, dental, and prescription drug coverage during the Severance Pay Period, provided that (A) Executive elects and remains eligible for COBRA continuation coverage, (B) Executive continues to pay the normal employee contribution for such coverage, and (C) that the Company's obligation to provide coverage will end if Executive becomes eligible for comparable coverage from a new employer; and

Payment by the Company Corporation of the COBRA continuation coverage premium necessary to continue Executive's then current employee and dependent health, dental, and prescription drug coverage during the Severance Pay Period, provided that (A) Executive elects and remains eligible for COBRA continuation coverage, (B) Executive continues to pay the normal employee contribution for such coverage, and (C) that the CompanyCorporation's obligation to provide coverage will end if Executive becomes eligible for comparable coverage from a new employer; and
