Common use of Health Data Clause in Contracts

Health Data. Authorized User understands and agrees that the Services may involve the exchange of Health Data of Authorized User, and each Licensed User, and others that may submit Health Data involved in an approved Use Case, and that such Health Data may be used and disclosed by Alliance for the operation of the Services.

Health Data. Authorized User understands and agrees that the Services may involve the exchange of Health Data of Authorized User, and each Licensed User, and others that may submit Health Data Version 11.05.23 involved in an approved Use Case, and that such Health Data may be used and disclosed by Alliance solely for the operation of the Services.
