HEALTH SERVICE COMMITMENT TO TEACHING, TRAINING AND RESEARCH. 14.1 The Health Service is committed to its philosophy that teaching, research training and professional obligations, are important aspects of the duties and time of Specialists. 14.2 Where a Visiting Specialist is required to undertake research on behalf of the Health Service, that activity shall be acknowledged in the specialists Fractional Allocation.
