Hearing and Decision. The Arbitrator will conduct and preside over an arbitration hearing of reasonable length, to be determined by the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator will provide the Parties with a written decision explaining their findings and conclusions. The Arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding upon the Parties. The arbitration will be conducted on a confidential basis, and the Parties shall not disclose the decision, evidence, or award beyond the arbitration proceeding except as necessary for tax purposes, as necessary for compliance with applicable law, or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing by both Parties. ​
