Hearing Process. A bargaining unit member receiving a Board notice of intent not to re-employ may request a hearing before the Board. If the bargaining unit member requests a hearing, not fewer than ten (10) business days before the hearing the Superintendent shall provide the bargaining unit member with written reasons for the non-renewal. The bargaining unit member shall have the right to a representative, designated by the Association, at this hearing, which may occur after June 1.
