Common use of Heavy Articles Clause in Contracts

Heavy Articles. Lessee shall not place in or move about the Premises, without Lessor’s prior written consent, any file cabinet, safe or other heavy article which, in Lessor’s reasonable opinion, may damage the foundation, floors, ceilings, columns, or other structural components of the Building, and Lessor may designate the location of any such heavy articles in the Premises. Business machines and other office equipment shall be placed and maintained by Lessee at Lessee’s expense in a fashion which, in Lessor’s sole discretion, shall be sufficient to absorb and prevent unreasonable vibration, noise and annoyance emanating therefrom.
