Common use of Hedge Contracts Clause in Contracts

Hedge Contracts. Schedule 4.20 sets forth, as of the date hereof, a true and complete list of all Interest Hedge Agreements, Hydrocarbon Hedge Agreements, and any other Hedge Contract of each Borrower and each of their respective Subsidiaries, the material terms thereof (including the type, term, effective date, termination date and notional amounts or volumes), the net ▇▇▇▇ to market value thereof, all credit support agreements relating thereto (including any margin required or supplied), and the counterparty to each such agreement.
