High Quality Student Data. (HQSD) a) Data obtained from HQSD shall not be used for employment decisions, including but not limited to, nonrenewal, termination, reduction in force and recall. b) No evaluation factor shall be impacted solely by student performance on a test or tests. c) HQSD shall not be aggregated to provide “shared attribution” among teachers in the District, building, grade, content area, or other group.
