High Risk Applications. C3 AI Materials are not intended for use in, and You agree the C3 Materials will not be used in, the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control systems, life support machines, or other equipment or applications in which the failure thereof could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. Any product warranties for the C3 AI Materials under this Agreement shall exclude the applications and devices set forth in this Section. We disclaim any and all liability arising out of, or related to, any such use of the C3 AI Materials.
