High Volume Call Clause Samples

The High Volume Call clause establishes specific terms and conditions that apply when a party makes or receives a large number of calls, typically in a telecommunications or service agreement context. This clause may set thresholds for what constitutes 'high volume,' outline additional charges, or impose restrictions to prevent network congestion or abuse.
