Common use of Highly Capable Workload Clause in Contracts

Highly Capable Workload. All staff shall be provided information on the process to qualify a student for highly capable services. The District will work with the appropriate staff to minimize the paperwork and workload for this purpose. A teacher who completes more than three (3) ILPs in a school year shall be compensated at one (1) hour of time at their per diem rate for each additional ILP. To be compensated, ILPs must be drafted in time to be shared with parents by fall conferences and submitted to the program administrator by December 1.
