HIPAA BUSINESS ASSOCIATE ADDENDUM. In the performance of this Agreement, the Parties shall comply with the standards for privacy and security of individually identifiable health information of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Health Information for Economic and Clinical Health Act, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder (including the HIPAA Omnibus regulations promulgated on January 25, 2013), all as the same may be amended from time to time (collectively, “HIPAA”), as well as other applicable state and federal laws and regulations protecting individually identifiable health information, as fully set forth in the Subcontractor Business Associate Addendum located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/enterprise-subcontractor-addendum and incorporated herein by reference.
