Common use of Hiring Clause in Contracts

Hiring. The Executive agrees that during the Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of one years following the termination of this Agreement, whether the termination shall be voluntary or involuntary, or with or without cause, or whether the termination is solely due to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the Executive will not attempt to hire any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company or otherwise encourage or attempt to encourage any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company to leave the Company’s employ.

Hiring. The Executive agrees that during the Executive’s 's employment with the Company and for a period of one 2 years following the termination of this Agreement, whether the termination shall be voluntary or involuntary, or with or without cause, or whether the termination is solely due to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the Executive will not attempt to hire any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company or otherwise encourage or attempt to encourage any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company to leave the Company’s 's employ.

The Executive agrees that during the Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of one years (1) year following the termination of this Agreement, whether the termination shall be voluntary or involuntary, or with or without cause, or whether the termination is solely due to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the Executive will not attempt to hire any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company or otherwise encourage or attempt to encourage any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company to leave the Company’s employ.

The term "Company" in this Article includes any subsidiary of the Company. This Article will survive termination of this Agreement.

The Executive agrees that during the Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of one years year following the termination of this Agreement, whether the termination shall be voluntary or involuntary, or with or without cause, or whether the termination is solely due to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the Executive will not attempt to hire any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company or otherwise encourage or attempt to encourage any other Executive or independent contractor of the Company to leave the Company’s employemploy without consent of the Company.
