Historical Data. The Cloud Services do not replace the need for Customer to maintain regular data backups or redundant data archives. Historical data generated through use of the Cloud Services, including any Customer Data, will be retained for a time period determined by InVue in its sole discretion, and beyond this retention period InVue retains the right to delete historical data in its sole discretion.
