Historically Underutilized Business Hub Subcontracting Plan Clause Samples

The Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan clause requires contractors to outline how they will include businesses owned by minorities, women, or other disadvantaged groups in their subcontracting activities. This typically involves submitting a detailed plan that sets participation goals, describes outreach efforts, and reports on actual subcontracting with HUBs throughout the contract term. The clause ensures that historically marginalized businesses have fair opportunities to participate in government or large-scale private contracts, promoting diversity and equal access in procurement processes.
