Common use of HOLD AND SAVE Clause in Contracts

HOLD AND SAVE. Subject to the provisions of Article XVI, the Non-Federal Sponsors shall hold and save the Government free from all damages arising from design, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of the Project, except for damages due to the fault or negligence of the Government or its contractors.
