Common use of Hold Harmless Clause Clause in Contracts

Hold Harmless Clause. The resident agrees to hold harmless Fort ▇▇▇▇ State University and officers, employees, and agents from, and to indemnify them for, any claims for damages indemnify them for, including claims for negligence, as a result of property damage, bodily injury, illness or death of the resident from any cause, or any other person as a result of actions or inactions of the resident. Fort ▇▇▇▇ State University is not liable for property belonging to the resident which may be lost, stolen, or damaged in any way wherever this may occur on the premises.
