Common use of Hold Securities Clause in Contracts

Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, the any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Hold Securities. Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, the any Security Exchange Agent/Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Exchange Agent/Registrar or such other agent.

Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyIssuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, the any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Trust Indenture Act Sections 608 310(b) and 613311, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may 56 49 become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, the any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to Sections 608 310(b) and 613311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company Company, Industries or an Affiliate of either with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.
