Common use of Holder Lists Clause in Contracts

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of all Holders and shall otherwise comply with TIA §312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least seven Business Days before each Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date or such shorter time as the Trustee may allow, as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders and the Company shall otherwise comply with TIA §312(a).

If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee at least seven ten Business Days before prior to each Interest Payment Date semiannual interest payment date, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date or such shorter time as the Trustee may allow, as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders Holders, and the Company shall otherwise comply with TIA §312(ass.312(a).

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of all Holders of Notes and shall otherwise comply with TIA §(S) 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least seven ten Business Days before each Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date or such shorter time as the Trustee may allow, as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders and of Notes and, after qualification of the Indenture under the TIA, the Company shall otherwise strictly comply with TIA §(S) 312(a).
