Holders and Beneficial Owners as Parties; Binding Effect. The Holders and Beneficial Owners from time to time of Regulation S GDRs shall be parties to this Regulation S Deposit Agreement and shall be bound by all of the terms and conditions hereof and of any Regulation S GDR Certificates by acceptance thereof or any beneficial interest therein.
