Holders and Beneficial Owners as Parties; Binding Effect. The Holders and Beneficial Owners from time to time of GDSs issued hereunder shall be parties to the Deposit Agreement and shall be bound by all of the terms and conditions hereof and, if applicable, of any GDR evidencing their GDSs by acceptance thereof or of any beneficial interest therein.
