Common use of Holders May Not Enforce Clause in Contracts

Holders May Not Enforce. No Holder shall have the right to institute any suit, action or proceeding against the Guarantor for any default under this Subordinated Guarantee except in the manner and subject to the conditions, mutatis mutandis, set forth in section 7.07 of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or section 7.6 of the 2002 Indenture, as the case may be.
