Holders of Rights and Common Shares and References to Common Share Certificates. As used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) the term "holder" of any Right shall mean the registered holder of such Right (or, prior to the Separation Time, of the associated Common Share); and (b) the term "certificate", when used in the context of a certificate representing Common Shares, shall include any other written document or acknowledgement (including, without limitation, a Direct Registration System statement or other book-entry confirmation) evidencing ownership of Common Shares, which may be adopted from time to time by the Corporation.
