Holiday Falls on Regularly Scheduled Work Day. of Full Time Employees on Regular, 4/10, 9/80, Flexible, and Alternate Work Schedules: When a full time employee works on a holiday that falls on the employee’s regularly scheduled work day, the employee is entitled to receive his/her regular salary. The employee is also entitled to receive holiday pay at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) or holiday compensation time at the same rate, for all hours worked up to a maximum of eight (8) hours. This provision applies to the regular, 4/10, 9/80, flexible, and alternate work schedules.
