Home Based Work Arrangements. By agreement with the Chief Executive Officer, an employee’s work may be performed at home. The terms of such an agreement will include: location/establishment, equipment, career development, hours of work, access arrangements, security, Occupational Health and Safety, worker’s compensation, taxation, termination of arrangement, employer approval, communication/involvement in the workplace, public liability insurance, childcare.
