Common use of Home Use Clause in Contracts

Home Use. In some grades, the student may be allowed to take the device home at the end of the school day. Students in Grades 3, 4, 6, and 7 will keep their device over the summer. Students in Grades 5 and 8 will need to turn their device in at the end of the school year.
