The Host Identifier clause defines the specific means by which a host or server is uniquely recognized within a network or system. Host Identifier. Customer will provide SISW with sufficient information, including the host identifier for each workstation or server upon which the license management portion of Software will be installed, for SISW to generate a license file enabling Software access per the scope of the licenses granted under each Order.
Host Identifier. With respect to each order for Software under this Agreement, Customer or SISW’s authorized channel partner will provide SISW with the host identifier required by SISW and such other information reasonably requested by SISW for each workstation and/or server on which the license management portion of the Software will be installed to permit SISW to generate a license file that will restrict end-user access to only those Software modules licensed under this Agreement and limit use of such Software modules at any given time to the maximum number of licensed Authorized Users.

With respect to each order for Software under this Agreement, You will provide SMAP3D PLANT DESIGN with the host identifier required by SMAP3D PLANT DESIGN and such other information reasonably requested by SMAP3D PLANT DESIGN for each workstation and/or server on which the license management portion of the Software will be installed to permit SMAP3D PLANT DESIGN to generate a license file that will restrict end-user access to only those Software modules licensed under this Agreement and limit use of such Software modules at any given time to the maximum number of Authorized Users for which You have purchased valid licenses.
