Host Property Sample Clauses

Host Property. All computer systems, operating software, network equipment, and any hardware, software, documentation, information, business practices, or operating methods provided by Host as part of the Hosting Services shall remain the property of Host. Host will retain title to all rights in all intellectual property provided by Host under the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to, any know-how, customizations, practices, and other technologies related to the Hosting Services.

  • Personal Property Damage Upon submission of reasonable proof the Employer shall repair or indemnify with respect to damage to the chattels of an employee while on duty caused by the actions of a patient, resident or client provided such personal property is an article of use or wear of a type suitable for use while on duty.

  • B8 Property Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property.
