Hosted Catalog. By providing a hosted catalog, the Contractor is providing a list of its awarded products/services and pricing in an electronic data file in a format acceptable to SciQuest, such as Tab Delimited Text files. In this scenario, the Contractor must submit updated electronic data [Insert Time Frame Here] to the eMarket Center for the Lead State’s approval to maintain the most up-to-date version of its product/service offering under the cooperative contract in the eMarket Center. The NASPO ValuePoint Contract Administrator/Sourcing Team will decide how often the contractor should or is allowed to update products and pricing in the eMC. Insert the update timeframes in the bracketed portion of subsection 2b of the clause.
