Hosted Digital Currency Wallet Clause Samples

A Hosted Digital Currency Wallet clause defines the terms under which a service provider manages and stores digital currency on behalf of a user. Typically, this clause outlines the provider’s responsibilities for safeguarding the user’s digital assets, the procedures for accessing or transferring funds, and any limitations on the provider’s liability in the event of loss or unauthorized access. By establishing clear rules for the custody and management of digital currency, this clause helps ensure security and clarity for both parties regarding the handling of digital assets.
