Common use of Hosting Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Hosting Infrastructure. Unite Us shall be solely responsible for the setup, configuration, operation and management of the Services and the Unite Us Infrastructure. The Unite Us Infrastructure used to provide the Services shall be hosted at a physical location in the United States. In no event shall Unite Us copy, store, access, process or maintain PII outside of the United States. Unite Us agrees that all Customer Data storage and processing locations shall be HITRUST certified and that Unite Us will maintain HITRUST certification during the Term.
