Hosting, Maintenance and Security. 8.1 All updates and upgrades considered essential by ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to the continuation of the Managed Service will be provided as part of the Managed Services. 8.2 All non-essential upgrades and updates will not be provided as part of the Managed Services. 8.3 Any such updates or upgrades will be carried out, where possible, outside of normal business hours.
