Hour Operation. Sensys Gatso shall operate the Equipment on a continuous, 24-hour basis, seven (7) days per week, except for reasonable scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs and Force Majeure as set forth in Section 5.5 of the Agreement. For the first thirty (30) days after the first Equipment components are activated, Customer may elect to issue warning notices rather than Notices of Violation (“Warning Period”).
