Common use of Hour Schedule Clause in Contracts

Hour Schedule. For employees who work on a forty-eight (48) hour work week schedule, the normal work week may consist of a combination of days and hours that average forty-eight (48) hours in a week with a minimum of forty-eight (48) consecutive hours off duty.

Hour Schedule. For employees who work on a forty-eight five (4845) hour work week schedule, the normal work week may consist of a combination of days and hours that average forty-eight nine (489) hours in a week per day, five (5) per week, with a minimum of forty-eight (48) consecutive hours off dutyoff.

Hour Schedule. For employees who work on a forty-eight forty (4840) hour work week schedule, the normal work week may consist of a combination of days and hours that average forty-eight (488) or ten (10) hours in a week per day, five (5) or four (4) days per week, with a minimum of forty-eight two (482) or three (3) consecutive hours days off dutyor any other mutually agreed upon schedule.
